Production usually takes 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary by location:

  • USA: 5–10 business days. 
  • International: 7–21 business days. Please note that these are estimates and delays may occur due to customs or high seasonal demand.

3. Do you offer tracking information?
Yes, once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey.

4. Can I return or exchange an item?
Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. However, if your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

5. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

6. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We allow cancellations or modifications within 1 hour of purchase. After that, your order enters production and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately.

7. How should I care for my apparel or wall art?

  • Apparel: Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry for best results.
  • Wall Art/Posters: Keep away from direct sunlight and moisture. Frame for optimal protection and display.
